Did you know that decluttering can release stress and improve your sense of well-being and that if your home is in order you will feel less stress?
Having too much ‘stuff’ can make you feel overwhelmed AND it is actually really tiring – the more stuff we see, the more we have to process…
Here are our top tips for decluttering
Find time
Put on your favourite tunes…loud!!
Invite friends to offer second opinions
clear space
Have boxes ready ‘keep’ & ‘donate’
Try things on
If you haven’t worn it this year it’s time to donate
Is it seasonal? will you wear it next season?
Have fun
